Billing & Refund Policy

This Billing & Refund Policy governs subscription payments for GEOGrow.ai (“Service”).

1. Billing Terms

• All subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your selected plan
• Subscription fees are automatically charged at the start of each billing cycle
• You authorize GEOGrow to charge your payment method on a recurring basis unless canceled

2. Renewals

• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle
• Renewal charges will be applied unless you cancel prior to the renewal date

3. Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period
• You will retain access to the Service until the end of the paid term

4. Refunds

• All fees are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law
• We do not provide refunds for:
  • Partial billing periods
  • Unused time
  • Downgrades or cancellations after a billing cycle has started

5. Plan Changes

• Upgrades may take effect immediately and may be prorated at our discretion
• Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle

6. Failed Payments

• If a payment fails, we may:
  • Retry the charge
  • Suspend or restrict access to the Service
  • Terminate the account if payment is not resolved

7. Price Changes

• We may update pricing from time to time
• Any changes will be communicated in advance and apply at the next billing cycle

8. Taxes

• Prices may not include applicable taxes
• You are responsible for any taxes required by law (e.g., sales tax, VAT)

9. Chargebacks and Disputes

• Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in account suspension or termination
• We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks and recover associated fees

10. Modifications

We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any updates.
