• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Promote or engage in fraud, deception, or harmful activities
• Infringe on intellectual property, privacy, or data rights

Misuse of AI Outputs

• Generate or distribute misleading, deceptive, or harmful content
• Use outputs for spam, harassment, or unauthorized outreach
• Misrepresent AI-generated content as verified fact where accuracy is critical

System Abuse

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
• Interfere with or disrupt system performance or security
• Circumvent usage limits, access controls, or security measures

Reverse Engineering & Extraction

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract underlying models, algorithms, or data
• Scrape, bulk export, or systematically extract data, outputs, or signals
• Use automated methods to access the Service beyond normal intended usage

Competitive Use

• Use GEOGrow to build, train, or improve competing products or services
• Resell, sublicense, or provide GEOGrow outputs as a standalone service to third parties

2. Responsibility for Use

You are responsible for:

• All activity conducted under your account
• Ensuring your use complies with applicable laws and this policy
• The content and data you input into the Service

3. Enforcement

We reserve the right to:

• Monitor usage for compliance
• Investigate suspected violations
• Suspend or terminate access without notice for violations
• Remove or restrict access to content where necessary
